Well, she went through with it.

It was never promised that Heidi would wear the winning design from the "make Heidi a red carpet dress" challenge, but apparently Heidi liked it well enough to do so. Unfortunately, she kind of ruined it. Without the length, it turns into a pretty basic dress. Not that there was anything innovative about the original, but the length added a sense of drama to it. Now, it's just another short and shiny dress on Heidi (although to be fair, that's a downright low hem for her).

In addition, those shoes are an awful choice. The dress is a glittery bronze. Why one earth would she wear a pair of lavender shoes with it?
