It's just one of those pieces that might make it through 10 minutes on a runway, but looks decidedly sloppy and tacky on anyone else in any other situation. She looks like she tore the drapes off her Vegas hotel room windows and pinned together a dress out of them. While drunk. All that tacky bling isn't helping the situation either. And we think the shoes are far too precious. Head to toe, it's the fashion equivalent of an Elvis on velvet painting.
